You can stop future renewals without a phone call or explaining why you want to leave.
Cancel online
Open My account, enter the email you used at checkout and follow the secure access link sent to your inbox. Select your membership and choose the cancellation option, or open the billing portal to manage it. Check the confirmation and the date on which your access ends. You can also update your payment method through the secure billing portal.
If you cannot access your account
Email help@fuelbymotion.com with the subject “Cancel my subscription” and the email used at checkout. Include an order reference if you have it. We may verify your identity before changing the account. You do not need to give a reason. If the portal is unavailable, this email route remains available.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancel before the next billing date shown in your account to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals, with access continuing to the end of your current covered period. For Movie VIP, the first charge is 28 days after purchase and subsequent charges are USD 49.95 every 28 days. Cancelling during the initial included period prevents the first renewal charge. Purchased movies and songs remain yours to keep.
Cancelling an order or requesting a refund
A subscription cancellation is different from cancelling or refunding an existing order. To cancel an order, request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right, contact help@fuelbymotion.com and identify the order or charge. See the refund policy. If you hold both Movie VIP and Song VIP, manage each subscription separately.
