These terms describe your purchases and memberships with immortalmemories, operated by FUELBYMOTION LLC. Please read them together with our delivery, refund and privacy policies before placing an order.
Your personalized digital gift
We create personalized animated films using your photos, names and story, with AI-assisted production and editing. The movie creator is designed for two main characters and four or five scenes. Films are delivered digitally as an HD MP4; no physical item is shipped. Exact duration and creative details depend on your selected package and story. AI output may vary in likeness, movement, pronunciation and style. We do not promise an exact reproduction, exclusive output or copyright protection. Illustrative examples and sample reviews are identified where displayed.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The movie price assigned to your offer and any selected delivery upgrade are shown before checkout. The initial total, taxes if applicable, recurring price and payment schedule are disclosed before you authorize payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment-card numbers or security codes. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. You receive access to your purchased film when it is completed.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 1–3 calendar days. Express delivery is available from 12 hours at the additional price shown in your offer. Timing begins once payment is confirmed and we have your complete, usable photos and story. “From 12 hours” is the earliest express delivery time, not a guarantee that every film will be ready at exactly 12 hours. Movie VIP: renewal every 28 days
The initial movie package includes Movie VIP only with your explicit acceptance at checkout. The first 28 days are included; the first subscription charge is USD 49.95, 28 days after your purchase. The subscription then automatically renews at USD 49.95 every 28 days until you cancel. This is a 28-day billing cycle, not a calendar month. Movie VIP includes two additional videos per week with standard delivery. Allowances reset on Monday at 00:00 UTC and unused videos do not roll over. Optional upgrades are priced separately. Optional movie extras
After the initial purchase, you may choose a one-time upgrade of USD 39.95 for 90–120 additional seconds in that movie, or USD 29.95 for up to five revisions to that movie. Each extra requires a separate payment confirmation. Extras are optional and do not change the subscription amount, renewal date or weekly allowance. They do not automatically apply to future VIP films. Contact us with your order reference and the changes requested to use a purchased revision package; we will confirm the revision scope and delivery time before starting.
Separate song products
Our custom song creator is a separate service. One-time song prices appear before checkout. Song VIP is an optional, separately accepted subscription of USD 49.95 per calendar month, with unlimited personalized AI songs for personal use, one generation at a time. Automated bulk generation and account sharing are excluded. Song VIP and Movie VIP are separate memberships with different allowances and billing schedules. The full recording is available after verified payment; there is no free audio preview. Generation times may vary. Songs already included in your membership remain in your library after cancellation.
Your photos, story and permissions
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to purchase. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including permission from people depicted and a parent or guardian for children. You grant us permission to store and process that material and share it with necessary production providers solely to create and deliver your order, provide support and operate the service. You retain your rights in your original material. We will not publish your private photos, story or film as marketing without separate permission. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material or requests to impersonate someone deceptively. See our privacy notice.
Personal use and secure access
Your gift is intended for personal use and sharing with family and friends. Keep your account access links and private gift links safe: anyone with a shared gift link may be able to access the gift. Do not use the service for unlawful content, automated abuse or unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive use, without removing any applicable refund or consumer rights.
Refunds and consumer rights
If your custom animated movie doesn't meet your expectations, contact us with your order reference and we'll refund your movie purchase. No questions asked. Our refund policy explains how to request a refund and how subscription cancellation differs from a refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, non-delivery, faulty or non-conforming digital content, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. We do not treat uploading a photo or accepting these terms as a waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
Changes, disputes and contact
The terms and price disclosed when you order apply to that purchase. Material changes to an ongoing membership will be communicated before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel before further charges. Contact us first if there is a payment or delivery problem so we can help; this does not restrict your right to contact your payment provider or exercise legal rights. Email help@fuelbymotion.com with the email used at checkout and your order reference. Never send your full card number, security code or password.
