Digital delivery
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Your gift is delivered online. There are no shipping fees or physical parcels.
What you receive
Your personalized animated film is delivered as an HD MP4, available through your private order page or account for viewing and download. Use a modern browser or an MP4-compatible video player and an internet connection. Save a copy of your completed film to keep it independently of your account.
Standard: 1–3 days
Standard movie delivery is 1–3 calendar days after payment confirmation and receipt of your complete, usable photos and story. A request submitted during an active VIP membership uses the included standard service once all required materials are complete.
Express: from 12 hours
Express prioritizes your order, with delivery available from 12 hours. The exact surcharge is displayed before checkout and is paid once for that movie. This is an earliest delivery time; it is not an unconditional 12-hour deadline. If you need a specific occasion date, contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility.
Missing information, changes or delays
We will contact you if a photo is unusable or essential story information is missing. The delivery period starts once the brief is complete. Later story changes, additional scenes or revisions may require a new agreed delivery time. If we cannot meet the stated delivery window, we will contact you with the updated timing and refund options. You can request a refund for an undelivered order; if an express service is not provided, contact us for a refund of its surcharge.
Need help finding your film?
Email help@fuelbymotion.com with the email used at checkout and your order reference. Never send your full card number, security code or password. You can also open My account. Song generation is a separate AI service with variable production times; the movie express option does not apply to songs.
