Information you provide
We process the names, email, photos, character details, scene descriptions and memories you submit, along with order and support information. Song orders also include musical preferences and lyrics or story details. Submit only material you have permission to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information. Photos are resized and embedded metadata is removed in the browser before upload.
Why we use your information
We use your information to prepare and deliver personalized gifts, manage payment and memberships, provide secure account access, resolve support requests and comply with record-keeping obligations. Processing needed to fulfil an order is based on our contract with you; security, fraud prevention and essential service measurement rely on our legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for optional processing, we will obtain it separately. We do not use an uploaded photo to identify people across services or perform biometric identification.
Providers and access
Private briefs, photos and completed content are available to you and authorized studio staff. Our hosting and storage services support the website. Necessary production inputs may be shared with AI providers to generate the content you request; song generation uses fal. Stripe processes payments and stores full payment details. We keep transaction and customer identifiers, not card numbers or security codes. Resend delivers account-access emails when email delivery is enabled. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the service. We do not publish your private content as advertising without separate permission.
Cookies, drafts and measurement
First-party cookies connect an order to your browser and support signed-in access. A movie offer cookie may keep the same price assignment for up to one year. We retain its hashed identifier, assigned variant and allocation revision to compare offers. Clearing cookies or changing devices may assign a different offer. A draft may be stored on your device until you submit it or clear it. A short-lived visit cookie groups page and funnel activity. We measure approximate country, device category, referral and campaign source, checkout progress, offer choices, verified payments and refunds to understand conversion and abandonment. IP information also supports access controls and security. Account access tokens and private order links are not displayed in live analytics.
Retention and deletion
We retain order and account data while needed to provide your purchased service, maintain your library, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; transaction records may need to remain after an account is closed. You may ask us to delete photos, story data or your account. We will remove information that is no longer required, explain any lawful retention, and tell you if deletion will affect delivery or access. You can remove a draft stored only on your device by clearing its browser storage.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact help@fuelbymotion.com; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are different requests; tell us which action you want. We do not sell your personal information or use uploaded photos for cross-context advertising.
International processing and security
Our company is in the United States, and service providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the appropriate contractual or other lawful mechanisms. Access controls, private storage and encrypted connections help protect information, but no system is completely risk-free. A private gift link is accessible to anyone with that link; share it thoughtfully. This service is for purchasers aged 18 or over. A parent or guardian must authorize the use of a child’s image.
