If your custom animated movie doesn't meet your expectations, contact us with your order reference and we'll refund your movie purchase. No questions asked.
Our movie satisfaction guarantee
If your custom movie does not meet your expectations, email us your order reference and request a refund. You do not need to justify your decision or accept revisions instead. The guarantee covers the movie purchase and the one-time delivery or movie extras purchased for that film. Personalization, a completed download or work already started do not by themselves remove this guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email help@fuelbymotion.com with the email used at checkout and your order reference. Never send your full card number, security code or password. Tell us which order or charge you want refunded. We may verify that you are the purchaser to protect your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed, they usually appear in 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider. We will confirm the outcome by email.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Cancelling a membership stops future renewals; it does not automatically request a refund of a previous subscription charge. Movie VIP renews at USD 49.95 every 28 days after the first 28 included days. Song VIP is a separate USD 49.95 monthly subscription. For an incorrect, duplicate, unauthorized or disputed subscription charge, contact us to resolve it. Applicable statutory refund rights always remain available. See cancellation instructions.
Non-delivery, payment errors and songs
Contact us for undelivered orders, duplicate charges, technical problems, or a song that was not supplied or does not match what was purchased. We will investigate and offer the refund or remedy applicable to your order. The movie satisfaction guarantee is specific to movie purchases and does not replace statutory rights for any product.
Your statutory rights
This voluntary guarantee is additional to applicable consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, you may notify us clearly that you wish to withdraw; no special wording is required. Include your name, order reference, order date and contact email. We do not assume you have waived that right just because the content is digital or personalized. Rights concerning faulty or non-conforming digital content and non-delivery remain unaffected.
